- Periodic community and social media shoutouts: carefully crafted by our team to receive the best response from our audience. Can include highlighting special offers, new feature/product releases, or just us saying that we love working with you and why everyone else should.
- Inclusion in the Partner Mates Rates section on our private community platform, outlining your offer and CTA.
- A dedicated Community Roundup newsletter, celebrating and highlighting our partnership and your content. Contextualised to cater to community needs and deliver best outcome to you. See example here.
Community engagement:
- Community Slack access to your representatives, giving you an opportunity to actively participate in community conversations, share knowledge, and build trust as well as your brand presence - however, without an advertorial agenda.
- Slack community plugs and mentions. When opportunities present (e.g. community starts discussing topic relevant to your service/product), we will actively recommend you as our preferred solution by tagging your representatives in the relevant conversations.
- Opportunity to share relevant resources with the community. Subject to the community guidelines and best practices, we will share on your behalf or encourage you to share any relevant content. Any content you share will be added to your individual partner page for the community access later.
Direct referrals:
- Customer referrals at no additional cost. Currently, we have several direct ways to encourage community members to find out more about our partners:
- ON team or other community members tagging your company representatives in relevant forum conversations.
- Organising targeted in-person events.
Content collaboration:
- Exclusive content creation opportunities, playing to your strengths:
- Co-creating one content piece that would provide valuable insights for the community and demonstrate your expertise.
- Co-hosting one online event per year on a relevant topic, providing additional value to the community members and showcasing your thought leadership.
- Where relevant, timely and beneficial to the community, we may invite you to collaborate on more content or run additional events at no further cost.
Event participation:
- Invitation to your representative to our biggest annual events (Winter Drinks, ONniversary and cONference), and a 50% discount for 2 more tickets.
Priority and discounts for additional sponsorship opportunities:
- As our annual community partner, you’ll be the first to know about other opportunities, for example:
- Sponsoring in-person events.
- Collaboration on specific content pieces such as whitepapers or research reports that are relevant to the community.
- Discount for our annual cONference sponsorship packages: 10% for Silver and Gold; 15% for Diamond.
Relationship management:
- Dedicated relationship management. We’re looking to form a tight partnership that will benefit both you and the community, and we’ll be working with you closely to achieve our joint goals.
CONTENT COLLABORATION
We’ll co-create various content pieces with you, and ensure it’s relevant to / used by the community. Every single partner of ours is different, so the output will also be different (e.g. an infographic, podcast episode, template or checklist, etc.)

Whenever an opportunity comes up, we’ll recomend your product/services directly within the community conversation on a relevant topic.

- Annual commitment (12 months)
- £20,000 + VAT
NB: we can work with maximum 12 community partners per year - otherwise, we won’t be able to dedicate each of you the time and attention required to achieve desired ROI.
